How to Apply for Membership

Omicron-Psi invites you to become a member. If you meet the qualifications, just click on your local Chapter in the "Chapter" section of this site. There you will see the links to apply for your appropriate membership level..

If your University/College is not listed, or does not have an Omicron-Psi Chapter, you may still apply. Simply download our PDF Application. After you download the application, simply print it, fill out the application and send it , along with your dues ($35.00 + $4.95 for shipping), GPA verification and one letter of recommendation from your advisor to:
