In order to be eligible for induction into the Omicron-Psi National Honor Society at SUNY Potsdam, you must be considered a non-traditional student by meeting one of the following criteria:
a) You must be 24 years of age or older, or
b) have at least a two year hiatus in your education, or
c) hold a GED rather than a high school diploma, or
d) be married, or
e) be single with dependents.
In addition you must have:
1) attained junior class standing (minimum of 57 hours - including all Potsdam and transfer hours),
2) completed a minimum of 12 semester hours enrolled at Potsdam,
3) and have earned a minimum of 3.30 GPA in your Potsdam course work.
College and community involvement will also be taken into consideration, however, the criteria listed above will be the primary factors for consideration.

Chapter, you may still apply. Simply
download our PDF Application. After
you download the application, simply print it, fill out the application and send
it , along with your dues ($35.00 + $6.95 for shipping), GPA verification and one letter of recommendation from your advisor to:
