The IPFW Omicron-Psi Chapter is managed through the Center for Women and Returning Adults (CWRA). For questions concerning this chapter contact Julie Creek at 260-481-6029. Membership is by invitation. However, please feel free to apply if you meet the criteria. All applications will be reviewed and approved. Members are inducted in an annual ceremony which will take place on Monday, April 19, 2010 in Walb Memorial Union.

After you download the application, simply print it, fill out the application and send it , along with your dues ($35.00 + $6.95 for shipping), GPA verification and one letter of recommendation from your advisor to:
